llms.txt generator

Point it at your site. It reads your sitemap and each page's title and description, then drafts an llms.txt you can edit and drop into your site root. Nothing is made up: every line comes from your own pages.

faq

What is llms.txt?
A plain Markdown file at the root of your site that tells AI assistants what the site is and where the important pages are: a title, a one-paragraph summary, then sections of links with a short note each. The format is described at llmstxt.org.
Where does the content come from?
From your own site. The generator reads your sitemap (or, without one, the links on your homepage) and takes each page's title and meta description. It never writes copy of its own, so review the summary and notes before publishing.
Where do I put the file?
At the domain root, served as plain text at /llms.txt. In most frameworks that is the public or static folder. Make sure your server does not answer /llms.txt with your app's HTML page instead.
Do AI assistants actually read it?
Support is growing but uneven. It costs little, coding agents and several AI tools already fetch it, and it gives any assistant a clean summary of the site instead of a guess from navigation menus.
